The rosé wine Baldovino Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo DOC, vintage 2017 from the winery Tenuta I Fauri has been rated in 2018 by Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Abruzzo in Italy.
Very intense, deep pink colour with light orange rim. Deep nose of amarena cherries and plums, has a touch of rum-steeped fruit. Very structured and complex, seems more like a red wine than a rosé, yet has freshness, acidity and salt, long finish, exciting.
