Tasting Notes
Intense light red, cherry pink. Initially a little subdued on the nose, slightly kitschy notes, with cherry and echoes of bread and yeast – not entirely clean. Noticeable tannin on the palate, pithy, with a certain juiciness but unfortunately bitter on the finish. Currently still unbalanced because freshly bottled, still needs to find its feet over the months.
