Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Powerful, shimmering garnet with a cherry-red rim. Multi-layered bouquet of ripe currant, blueberry, then lots of savouriness, cinnamon sticks, clove, a hint of mocha. Spans the palate finely, with supple tannins, penetrating fresh acidity, medium weight, shows complexity, salty finish.
