Clear, almost transparent straw yellow. A delicately savoury start on the nose of fresh herbs, bergamot, then Williams pear and quince. Quick notion on the palate, comes on fine acidity, light-footed in the body, clear, with a flattering saltiness, finishes on citrus fruits.
