The red wine Plenum Costa Toscana IGT, vintage 2019 from the winery Tenuta Le Colonne has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Clear ruby with a bright orange rim. Opens on nuances of blackberries and rich plums, also juniper, with a hint of forest floor. Shows a wiry structure on the palate, grippy tannins, supported by fresh acidity, medium-bodied, on the juicy side overall, with a finely savoury finish.
