The white wine Gavi di Gavi DOCG, vintage 2022 from the winery Tenuta Olim Bauda has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cortese from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Pale straw yellow with green reflections. On the nose, very fruit driven with lots of lemon and green apple, background hints of acacia honey. Round and balanced on the palate, subtle fruit expression, a slightly creamy texture, harmonious acidity and an animating, mouth-watering finish.
