The red wine Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC, vintage 2017 from the winery Tenuta Santa Maria has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone Veronese, Rondinella from the region Veneto in Italy.
Dark, bright ruby red. Hearty nose of ripe strawberries, rich raspberries and cherries, very finely drawn, seems elegant. Shows juicy and clear on the palate, has a lot of fruit with tightly woven tannin, great drive on the finish.
