Tasting from 17.02.2023: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Subtle bouquet with notes of confit dark berries, black cherry and plum. Hints of tar and black tea and herbaceous-spicy nuances. Elegant on the palate, with fresh acidity and red berryish fruit. Slightly noticeable tannin, a long finish.
