Tasting from 24.03.2023: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Intense fruit aromas on the nose with notes of cassis, blackberry confit, dried plum and cherry. Hints of cinnamon and liquorice. Fresh acidity on the palate, seems elegant. Confit berry fruit and balsamic nuances. Fine-grained tannin and medium-long finish.
