The white wine Piano dei Daini Etna Bianco DOC, vintage 2018 from the winery Tenute Bosco has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 86 - 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Carricante, Catarratto, Inzolia from the region Sicily in Italy.
Very bright, shimmering straw yellow. Still seems very young and closed at the moment, delicate white peach. Juicy and clear on the palate, slightly salty, but breaks off at the back, definitely still needs to find its feet.
