It is a wine made from the grape varieties Carricante, Inzolia, Catarratto, Grecanico, Minnella Binaca from the region Sicily in Italy.
Very pale straw yellow with green reflections. Intense nose of elderberry, white fruit and fresh herbs. On the palate citrus notes and lively acidity, slight saltiness and fine tension on the moderately long finish.
