Tasting from 29.10.2021: Othmar Kien, Simon Staffler

It has a bright shimmering red colour with a copper rim. There is an aroma interplay of dried fig, rosehip and mocha on the nose, along with clove and cold tea in the background. It is lively and velvety on the palate, with sublime ripe fruit, and it winds its way smoothly over the tongue, very straightforwardly, and it keeps coming back on the finish.
