Tasting from 26.09.2025: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Clear straw yellow with a golden shimmer, intense mousse. Lots of yellow fruit on the nose, reminiscent of peach and apricot, followed by fresh milk bread. Slightly imprecise on the palate with sharp acidity and a salty finish.
