Tasting from 07.11.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Wood-influenced aroma, tobacco, undergrowth, dark caramel, nougat chocolate, ripe wild berries, sloe, allspice, bay leaf, sage. Muscular, powerful wine on the palate with good extracted density and fine-mealy tannins that harbour certain ageing potential for years to come, supple mid-palate with subtle ripe fruit and seamlessly integrated acidity, minerality and still youthful.
