Brilliant, bright straw yellow with persistent mousse. Fragrant, clear nose showing citrus fruit and meadow herbs, opens to delicate mineral notes and discreet honey. On the palate straightforward and precise, pristine, very well-integrated mousse with a salty touch, considerable length, round.
