Bright garnet. On the nose ripe cherry, blackberry cordial, light leather and dried rose petal. Dense feeling on the palate, certainly volume in the mouth, punchy, but becomes reserved and dry on the finish. Also here a considerable, disturbing amount of tartar in the wine. .
