Tasting from 25.02.2022: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Concentrated fruit aromas on the nose. Notes of three-fruit confit, sour cherry, blackcurrant and dried plum. Nuances of orange zest and red berries as well as a hint of mocha. Broad on the palate with ripe acidity and aromas of plum, wild berries and cherry. Slightly noticeable tannins, long finish.
