Tasting from 25.02.2022: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Ripe dark berry aromas on the nose, paired with notes of dried plum, blackcurrant, and dried cherry. Hints of furniture polish and graphite. Noticeably sweet on the palate with fresh acidity. Faintly palpable ripe tannins, dark fruit compote, long finish.
