Tasting from 14.02.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Dense aroma, liquorice, light and dark wild berries, sour cherry, lilac berries, nougat chocolate, bay leaf, dried herbs. Elegant and juicy on the palate, finely woven tannin structure, lively, well-integrated acidity, fresh fruit, herbal savouriness, beautiful length, with certain ageing potential.
