Brilliant, intense lemon yellow. Complex filigree nose with whiff of smoke, hint of cherry blossom, candied lemon zest, needs lots of aeration. On the palate dense, very salty with a lot of drive, stretches beautifully over the tongue, crisp acidity, opens with rich yellow fruit, mineral, very long finish.
