Amber in colour. Dried apricot dominates the nose, but also with a complex botrytis-led backbone, dried porcini mushroom, star anise, an almost pastis-like spiciness. Silky attack with mild acidity and a viscous finish. It feels rather discreet in acidity, but pure and noble in everything nonetheless.
