Pale straw yellow hues. On the nose, scents of freshly squeezed lemon, with a hint of lime, yeast and a dash of white blossoms. On the palate juicy and defined, traction and tension with a crisp composition followed by green-spicy hints and a subtle fruit texture. Uncomplicated and fine.
