Bright straw yellow. Fine hints of honey, candle wax, cold smoke, butter on the nose, then delicate citrus fruit and white stone fruit, reminiscent of dried apricots in the echo. Smooth and juicy on the palate, with elegant, ripe, fruity notes, chamomile, a little honey, flows finely, with good length, persistent. Has benefited from bottle ageing.
