Very pale straw yellow. The bouquet is fragrant and sweet, with notes of ripe cantaloupe melon and hints of flowers. A slight bitterness on the palate, then ethereal honey notes that become more pronounced on the long, full-bodied finish, slightly warming in the throat. .
