Tasting from 26.11.2019: Ulrich Sautter

An intense golden yellow colour. There are herbal aromas of peppermint, fennel herb and rosemary, as well as hints of green stone fruit. The palate displays juiciness, with a salty minerality, a linear complexity, and good persistence, and there are nice fresh citrus notes on the finish.
