Tasting Notes
Sparkling, dark ruby red. Compact and dense nose, smells of pickled nuts, some licorice, then lots of fig, plum and blackberry. Juicy and present in the attack and on the palate, shows beautiful blackberry and raspberry, opens up with fine, dense tannins, spans a wide arc, salty and with a long finish.
