Tasting from 06.12.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Strong new oak, cinnamon and vanilla. Also Amarena cherry, sour cherry juice, blackberry and herbs. A sumptuous aroma! The palate is textural and juicy, the tannin is dense and quite dominant, but at the same time perfectly integrated by the intense fruit and the great suppleness of the body. Very good length. And excellent ageing potential.
