Tasting from 30.08.2018: Ulrich Sautter

Fermentation in clay amphorae, skins are removed in spring, then another 21 months in amphorae. Clear, intense nose, dark currants, some gooseberry and nettle, also chamomile. Shows good tension on the palate, lots of fruit, subtle tannic components on the finish.
