Tasting from 30.04.2026: Romana Echensperger, Valentine Mühlberger

Copper reflections. Aromas of oolong tea, apricot and citrus zest, plus grapefruit, white flowers, nettle and yellow fruit. Fine-grained and very invigorating on the palate, with moderately fresh acidity and good structure. Powerful style with plenty of expression and length. The 14% alcohol is well integrated. Long finish.
