Tasting from 01.01.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant dark ruby red. Somewhat restrained on the nose, after aeration shows nuances of sealing wax, blood orange, scent of roses, also a delicate aftertaste of violets. Polished on the palate with a juicy core, spreads out nicely, tannins and fruit are in their place, a certain freshness and fruit, still a little persistent on the finish.
