The prosecco Oro Puro Dry Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze DOCG from the winery Valdo Spumanti has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Brilliant silver green with a persistent mousse. Distinctly yellow tropical fruit on the nose, rich peach, mango, lychee, dried banana and a hint of white chocolate in the aftertaste. It spreads out on the palate with sun ripened yellow fruit. It has a wonderful mousse and is rich and elegant.
