Bright, light silver-yellow with persistent mousse. Very fragrant and appealing on the nose, fresh apple, a little jasmine blossom, in addition to thyme; exciting. Very balanced and juicy on the palate, plenty of vivid fresh fruit, fine mousse gives freshness and tension.
