Brilliant straw yellow with persistent mousse. Expressive nose, first cheese rind, then juicy pineapple, melon and a touch of acacia honey, rich yellow fruit, white flower. On the palate juicy and dense, with excellently-integrated mousse, exciting and full of finesse, appears very elegant.
