Tasting from 18.02.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich ruby with a fine garnet shimmer. Finely marked fruit on the nose, of dark cherries and blackberries, plus porcini mushrooms. Firm, grippy tannins, accumulating well on the palate, followed by tension, and slightly resinous components on the finish.
