The sweet and dessert wine Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Valentina Cubi has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone Veronese, Rondinella from the region Valpolicella in Italy.
Rich, flint garnet red. Somewhat torn nose, on the one hand rich raspberry notes, dense and deep, on the other hand also clear oxidative notes of cut apple. On the palate good consistency, fine fruit and grippy tannin, rich drive, but the nose is very individualistic.
