Tasting from 03.11.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Black cherry fruit reminiscent of port, with light caramel aromas and subtle peppery, slate-spicy undertones. Grainy on the palate, dry and firmly determined by extract in the middle of the palate, a well-sustained acid nerve in the background, intense tactile minerality. Still seems completely closed, needs at least another five years and will keep for 25 years.
