Tasting Notes
Sparkling, rich ruby. Finely drawn nose with pronounced notes of dark currants, some raspberry, olive paste and cardamom. Quite hard and angular at the start, but then shows beautiful salty notes from the mid-palate onwards, profound, with a cedar finish.
