The red wine Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Verbena has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Rich, dark ruby red with garnet. On the nose ripe blackberries, forest fruits, very ripe cassis, delicately balsamic, noble wood savouriness. On the palate likewise with gentle mint, polished, tightly woven tannin, well integrated wood, slightly salty, with emphasis.
