Tasting Notes
An impressively good Champagne with perceivable maturity, hints of pumpernickel bread, caramel and vanilla, savouriness pervaded by traces of dried apricots and quince jelly. Lively mousse on the palate with very fine, persistent mousse. Ripe, complex and lush, the aromas of the nose are recurrent, complemented by fine notes of brioche. Just beyond its peak, but still classy.
