Bright, deep golden yellow, very fine, persistent mousse. Delicate hints of cookie, candied orange zest, ripe yellow tropical fruit, subtle herbal savouriness, with a hint of blossom honey. Juicy, ripe white apple, fresh acidity, mineral-salty background on the finish, dry aftertaste, lingers well, lemon nuances on the finish, a vinous food companion. (Deg. 02/21).
