The red wine Pristinum Umbria Rosso IGT, vintage 2020 from the winery Viandante del Cielo has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Ciliegiolo, Canaiolo nero, Pugnitello from the region Umbria in Italy.
Brilliant ruby red with a garnet rim. Clear and elegant on the nose with notes of cherry and blackberry, with hints of violet in the background. The palate is very complex with fine, pronounced tannins, sweet cherry fruit and liquorice notes, and some cardamom on the finish.
