Tasting Notes
Sparkling, rich ruby. Opens on the nose with pronounced spicy notes of thyme, then lots of rich fruit, fleshy, cherry jam. Full-bodied and dense in the attack and on the palate, opens with lots of firm tannins, fine melting, some tobacco on the finish, long finish.
