The red wine Barolo Lazzarito DOCG, vintage 2009 from the winery Vietti has been rated in 2013 with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Rich, shiny ruby colour with a slight garnet hue. Concentrated and appealing nose, full of ripe wild berries, especially raspberry and blackberry, profound, some white pepper in the background. Polished and full-bodied tannins on the palate, spreads out beautifully, also shows a rich mellowness, savoury finish, very long finish.
