Clear, intense ruby-garnet colour. Opens with appealing, sweet fruity notes of ripe plums, some pickled cherries, lots of wild raspberries. Also shows plenty of ripe fruit on the palate, rich raspberry flavours, open and vivid, unfolds with grippy, multi-layered tannins, describes a wide arc, full-bodied drive in the finish, salty.
