Tasting Notes
Clear, rich ruby with a slight purple shimmer. An exciting and multi-layered nose opens with notes of dried tomatoes, pickled cherries, plums and fine chocolate. It's powerful and gripping on the palate, from attack through to finish, and very concentrated - somewhat at the expense of drinking flow. Lots of drive on the finish.
