Tasting from 14.02.2021: Peter Moser

Dark ruby garnet with purple reflections and a lightly ochre rim. Ripe dark berry fruit on the nose, with nuances of figs and nougat, candied orange zest, and fine herbal spices. The palate is full-bodied, with a core again of dark berries and ripe plums supported by firm tannins. There's a chocolaty note on the finish, which shows good length. A powerful food companion with development potential.
