Tasting from 19.04.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, radiant straw yellow with a delicate olive green shimmer. Medium expression on the nose, a hint of lemon, wet stone. On the palate a clear fruit core, full-bodied, the mousse remains somewhat in the background, then flattens out a little in the finish.
