The prosecco MillesiMatte Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Millesimato Extra Dry, vintage 2021 from the winery Vigne Matte has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Glera, Perera, Verdiso from the region Veneto in Italy.
Brilliant silver-grey with a persistent mousse. Delicate yeast on the nose, then candied citrus fruit, orange blossom and rose petals after a little time in the glass, with a raspberry finish. Very fresh and very clear on the palate, with a perky mousse and a fine fruity finish, clean and slightly salty.
