The red wine Bigolla Colli Tortonesi DOC, vintage 2005 from the winery Vigneti Massa has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Barbera from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Rich ruby with a brightening rim. Opens with notes of tar and iodine, then lots of truffle, dark cherry and plum. Full-bodied on the attack and on the finish, gripping tannins, still very young, hints of wild raspberry and plum, slightly drying on the finish.
