The white wine Chateau Bonnet, vintage 2024 from the winery Vignobles Famille André Lurton has been rated in 2025 by Romana Echensperger with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc, Colombard, Sémillon from the region Bordeaux Blanc
Nectarine, gooseberry and kumquat on the nose, with citrus flavours and herbal notes. After a little swirling, notes of beeswax and buttered toast emerge. Juicy on the palate, with measured, fresh acidity and a smooth texture. This once again shows how brilliantly the lively freshness of the Sauvignon harmonises with the lush richness of the Sémillon in the cuvée. Enormous drinking pleasure and character.
